I'm a mentor in software. I've spent my career as a farmhand and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Melanie: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
