Welding, done properly

I've worked in welding since 2011. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 270 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Melanie
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Melanie: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
