Mekdes Lemlem Melaku

Printmaking artist in Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • The Acacia Studio
  • 2009 to 2017
  • English, Amharic
I'm a printmaking artist based in Addis Ababa. I've been making things from 2009 to 2017 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

More about Mekdes

I've had 11 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
