Mekdes Kahsay

Retired special education teacher from Addis Ababa Boys' School

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Boys' School
  • 1992 to 2011
  • English
I taught special education at Addis Ababa Boys' School in Addis Ababa from 1992 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I answered every email, even at midnight. Over the years I had 1,030 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Mekdes

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
