I spent 22 years as a lecturer in agriculture at Elmwood Polytechnic in Gondar. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
More about Mekdes
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
