I've coached badminton at Addis Ababa Queensway Boxing Gym since 1999. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Mekdes: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
