Mekdes Bezawit Alemu
Art and biology teacher, Bahir Dar
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Bamboo Grammar School
- 1985 to 2002

For 17 years I was the art teacher at Bamboo Grammar School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mekdes
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
