Mehwish Zoya Qureshi
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan
- Rawalpindi Repairs
- Since 1981
- English, Punjabi
I've worked in baking since 1981. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,440 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
What gifts mean to Mehwish: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.

You fixed our roof in 1986 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Üsküdar.
