I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 47 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mehmet
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mehmet: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
