I taught accounting at Queensway Academy in Kyoto from 1987 to 1996. Most days I taught Year 7, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Megumi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me accounting in 2023 at Queensway Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on Truly.
