36 years teaching geography in Polokwane
- 🇿🇦 Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa
- Gateway Academy
- Since 2008
- English, Zulu, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Megan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Megan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me geography in 2009 at Gateway Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard! Thank you again.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2011. I remember you. Greetings from East London.
