I've coached swimming at San Diego Swimming Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Megan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
