I've coached baseball at Jakarta Selatan Sports Club since 2002. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mega
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
