Meena F. Srivastava
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Gaya, Bihar, India
- Gaya Shop
- 2008 to 2018
- English, Hindi
I've worked in baking from 2008 to 2018. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 470 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Meena: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
