Meena B. Pandey
Mentor in first-generation students and leadership
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- Bamboo Mentoring Circle
- Since 2007
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,050 people through Bamboo Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
