Mazen Hussein Abbas
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Phoenix Trades Guild
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Arabic
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Heliopolis, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
More about Mazen
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Mazen: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
