Self-taught embroidery artist
- 🇪🇬 Giza, Giza, Egypt
- Lincoln Art Collective
- 1991 to 2010
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1991 at Lincoln Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mazen
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Mazen: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
