Mazen Benali
Children's librarian in Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Redwood Branch Library
- Since 1988
- English
For 38 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Redwood Branch Library.
I've run the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mazen
I still remember the favorites of every regular.
