Mazen Ali Nassar
Oil painting artist in Shubra
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Crown Art Collective
- Since 1995
- English, Arabic, Spanish
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1995 at Crown Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mazen: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
