I coached football at Redwood Football Club from 1980 to 1989. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
What gifts mean to Maya: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

You coached me in 2014. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from București.
