Maya S. Anderson
Teacher at Manchester Public School, loves biology

For 28 years I have been the biology teacher at Manchester Public School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Maya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Maya: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
