I've coached football at Surabaya Community Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Maya: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
