I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 950 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Maya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Maya: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 2014 at Lalitpur Girls' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won. Thank you again.
