Maya P. Griffin

32 years teaching organic chemistry at Hillcrest College

  • 🇺🇸 Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States
  • Hillcrest College
  • 2007 to 2021
  • English
I spent 14 years as a lecturer in organic chemistry at Hillcrest College in Bowling Green. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I never once raised my voice. It sounds small, but students remember small things. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Maya

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Maya: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
