Maya McDaniel
Mentor in nursing and leadership
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Sakura Youth Network
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Sakura Youth Network.
I never once raised my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Maya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
