My trade is auto repair. I opened my own shop in 2009 in Edinburgh and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Maya
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maya: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
