Coached chess for eight years in Miami

For eight years I've run the chess program at Miami Northside Swimming Club in Miami. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

What gifts mean to Maya: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
