Maya D. Fernandez
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Toronto Works
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I've worked in plumbing from 2018 to 2025. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 370 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maya: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
