I teach special education and physical education at San Francisco Boys' School, San Francisco. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Maya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me special education in 2022 at San Francisco Boys' School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake. Truly.
