My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1989 in Lviv and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Maxim
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Maxim: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
