Maverick W. Riley
Mentor in design and trades
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- Victory Youth Network
- Since 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Victory Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Maverick
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
