Maverick N. George
Teacher at Newport Primary School, loves physics
- 🇬🇧 Newport, Wales, United Kingdom
- Newport Primary School
- Since 1981
- English, Spanish
For 45 years I have been the physics teacher at Newport Primary School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Maverick
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me physics in 1994 at Newport Primary School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Thank you again.
