I taught history and statistics at Highland High School, Hialeah. I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 210 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Maverick
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Maverick: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
