Maurício Wellington Alves
Retired music teacher from Ribeirão Preto Academy

Ribeirão Preto Academy was my second home. I taught music there from 1984 to 2007, mostly Year 10.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Maurício
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Maurício: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me music in 2017 at Ribeirão Preto Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
