Maurício Raimundo Teixeira

Painter, potter and teacher at Fairview Pottery

  • 🇧🇷 Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil
  • Fairview Pottery
  • Since 1982
  • English, Portuguese
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1982 at Fairview Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Maurício: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
