Mauricio R. Montes
Small business mentor, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- 2000 to 2010
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through San Diego Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mauricio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
