I've worked in plumbing since 1985. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,310 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
What gifts mean to Mauricio: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
