For nine years I ran the swimming program at Ciudad de México Youth Club in Ciudad de México. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mauricio
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
