Helping people break into recovery
- 🇺🇸 El Paso, Texas, United States
- El Paso Foundation
- Since 1983
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,110 people through El Paso Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Mauricio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
