Mauricio Gutiérrez

Tabla player and teacher in Los Angeles

I play tabla and flute. I started in 2008 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.

If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.

What gifts mean to Mauricio: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
