Mauricio Flores
Leadership mentor, Granada
- 🇪🇸 Granada, Andalusia, Spain
- Granada Youth Network
- 2005 to 2021
- Spanish
For 16 years I've mentored people in leadership and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Mauricio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
