I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Maurício
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Maurício: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 2003 at Curitiba Grammar School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

You taught me mathematics in 2015 at Curitiba Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
