Mauricio E. Mora
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Victory Sports Club
- Since 1994
- English, French
I've coached rowing at Los Angeles Victory Sports Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mauricio
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Mauricio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
