I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Maureen: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
