I teach physics at Maple Ridge High School in Limerick since 2004. Most days I teach Grade 6, and my door is open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Maureen
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Maureen: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
