I've worked in bicycle repair from 1999 to 2023. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 840 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Maud
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Maud: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
