Mattia Paolo Negri

Helping people break into teaching

  • 🇮🇹 Verona, Veneto, Italy
  • Kilimanjaro Association
  • 2014 to 2024
  • Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Kilimanjaro Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Mattia

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
