Matthias Schröder
Volunteer mentor with Regensburg Association
- 🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Regensburg Association
- Since 1982
- German
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,800 people through Regensburg Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Matthias
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
