Helping people break into careers
- 🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada
- Toronto Community Trust
- Since 1982
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,800 people through Toronto Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Matthew
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
