For 47 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Rochester Public School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Matthew
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

I'm a engineer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Rockford.
